Overview

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase and the impact it makes on your family as a whole. Each item will be carefully and lovingly packaged and if for any reason you receive a damaged item, we will happily replace it. 

Returns

Return Procedures

All sales are final and due to the ongoing pandemic, we are unable to accept returns at this time.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept any Product exchanges.

Damaged Products

If your Product arrives damaged or not substantially as described on the Product information page (“Damaged Product”), Company will replace the item(s). Provided that Company confirms that your Product was a Damaged Product and was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to your credit card in the amount charged for the Damaged Product (if your credit card has already been charged for the Product) or (b) we will not charge your credit card for the Damaged Product. The refunded amount will include the applicable Delivery Fee.

Return Procedures

All (damaged product) return transactions must be made within five (5) days of receiving your shipment and returned in the same shipping materials in which you received them. Upon receipt we may require you to provide documentation (e.g., photos) of any item that was unsatisfactory prior to giving any replacement or refund. In the event that we determine a replacement or refund is required, we will, at our option, either replace the item, as applicable, at our expense or provide you a full or partial credit or refund for that care kit item.

Shipping & Handling

Cast Iron Babe Care Kits are personally and lovingly, packaged, taped, tied and bundled onsite in Los Angeles. Products will be shipped via USPS. Any delivery dates provided by Cast Iron Babe are estimates. As a result of the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic and possible seasonal weather, disruptions may occur and cause delays for the receipt of your order. We will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping information on your Account. Currently, we ship to the US only.

Orders

Upon placing an order with Cast Iron Babe, LLC, you are agreeing to make an offer to purchase, subject to our acceptance. It does not constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right, at any time, after receipt of your order to accept, to decline or cancel your order for any reason. Purchase may require additional verifications of information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until we send you the shipping information for the order. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that, if we cancel all or a part of your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is either that (a) we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion (if your credit card has already been charged for the order) or (b) we will not charge your credit card for the cancelled portion of the order.
