I know how it feels to be in a state of frustration.
I also know how that state can prevent me from being in solution mode—I can get stuck trying to FIX outside circumstances because it’s safer than being still for myself.
But when I’m able to take a step away and go for a swim, or take a walk, or toss the ball for Lily, I can get my stillness back. And it’s from that place of inner stillness that real solutions come.
