Bringing play into well-being

You know you need to prioritize your health and well-being, but there’s always something that pulls you away. Then you become frustrated with yourself and those around you.

Have you ever considered that when you let your well-being go, you’re setting an example your kids and possibly their kids (and theirs)? OUCH!

I know it.

Ok, so the good news it’s never too late to make changes.

Invite your family to emulate you as you take good care of yourself. It’s a win-win-win!

Start by adjusting your habits in small bits . . .

💧Hydro time!!! Enthusiastically call everyone into the kitchen. Play a song that will get everyone going. Dancing is encouraged but definitely not required! Then, at the end of the song, while everyone is smiling, offer 8 oz. of water (or whatever is age appropriate) and let your family know the importance of staying hydrated.
